General terms and conditions of use

The present general conditions of use (known as "GCU") have for object the legal framing of the methods of provision of the site and the services by Artists In Residence Television and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by "the User".

The present CGU are accessible on the site with the heading "GCU".

However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and shortcomings in the updating, whether they are of its own making or of the making of third party partners who provide it with this information.

The site www.artistsinresidencetv.com allows the User free access to the following services:

An information service on artistic residencies and topics related or linked to artistic residencies and cultural mobility, a free registration service called "Free Profile" for artistic residencies wishing to be listed on the site via an online form, an information service on commercial offers proposed by Artists In Residence Television.

In order to access the "Free Profile" service, the User must register by filling out a form. By agreeing to register for the "Free Profile", the User agrees to provide truthful and accurate information, including e-mail address. Any user of the "Free Profile" service may also request to unsubscribe by filling out the contact form on the site. This will be effective within a reasonable time.

ARTICLE 3 : Data collection

The information requested when registering for the "Free Profile" is necessary and mandatory for the creation of the "Free Profile" of the User's artistic residence. In particular, the email address may be used by the site for the administration, management and animation of the service.

The Site www.artistsinresidencetv.com ensures the User of the "Free Profile" service a collection and processing of personal information in compliance with the law nº78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedom. www.artistsinresidencetv.com may process all or part of the data to conduct communication campaigns by e-mail. It does not market your personal data which are thus only used by necessity or for statistical and analysis purposes.

Pursuant to Articles 48 et seq. of Law No. 78-17 relating to data processing, files and freedoms dated January 6, 1978, rewritten by Order No. 2018-1125 of December 12, 2018 applicable on June 1, 2019, the user has a right to access, rectify, delete and object to his personal data. The user exercises his rights via a contact form and by email to alexandra(at)artistsinresidencetv.com.

In the event that a user fills out the registration form for the "Free Profile", he/she grants Artists In Residence Television the right to publicly post the information and images contained in the said form on the website www.artistsinresidencetv.com. This information will be translated into English, French and Spanish by Artists In Residence Television staff. Artists In Residence Television reserves the right not to approve a registration if the elements provided are not consistent with the purpose of Artists In Residence Television, or if elements are missing, in which case the user will be notified.

ARTICLE 4 : Intellectual property
 
The brands, logos, signs and all the contents of the site (text, images, sound ...) are protected by the Code of Intellectual Property and more particularly by copyright.

The brand Artists In Residence Television is a trademark registered by Vladimir Préveraud de Vaumas and co-deposited by Alexandra Christev. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or exploitation of this trademark, in whole or in part, of any kind whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.

The User must request prior authorization from the Site for any reproduction, publication, or copy of the various contents. The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express permission of the operator of the website would constitute an infringement punishable by Article L 335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.

It is recalled in accordance with Article L122-5 of the Code of Intellectual Property that the User who reproduces, copies or publishes the protected content must cite the author and its source.
