Latin American Residencies #3, Conversation with Artists In Residence Television

Artists In Residence Television will give a conference on art residency this 6th of September in collaboration with the art residence ARTHAUS LAB from La Habana, Cuba.

Artists In Residence TV, created in 2017 by Alexandra Christev and Vladimir de Vaumas, is the first Web TV dedicated to art residencies. AIR TV aims to visit all residencies of Latin America in 18 months and produce for each space a short video presenting its infrastructures and the residency program with interviews of its actors. After a year of existence, AIR TV visited 118 residencies between Spain, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Chile, and Cuba, and interviewed more than 350 people interested in the subject.

Artists In Residence TV will present during its conference an overview of the art residencies worldwide, with a focus on Latin America.

ARTHAUS LAB is a laboratory, an open space for artistic experimentation focused on the production, analysis, and promotion of audiovisual works.
